It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank O. Pier of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Pier and Dorotha Pier (Lloyd); and his wife Alice Pier (Arwin). He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Pier (Karen) of Wellsboro, PA and Norine Pier of Palm Bay, FL; his stepdaughter Karen Warden (Doug); his sister-in-law Jean Pier of Wellsboro, PA; and his grandsons, Scott Pier (Heidi) and Jesse May (Christianne). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
