She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Starkweather and Florence Starkweather (Hall). She is survived by: her children, Hal Johnson (Mary) of Wellsboro, Dianne Focht (Jim Reilly) of Wellsboro and Cindy Snyder (Morgan) of Louisiana; and her siblings, Walter Starkweather (Debbie) of Wellsboro and Martha Spencer of Wellsboro. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
