He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence C. Toby and Elaine K. Toby (Kittel); and his brother-in-law Lynn Henry. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Toby of Wellsboro; and his siblings, Richard Toby (Florence) of Leland, NC, Blaine Toby and Barbara Henry of Nelson, PA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many cousins.
