It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elwood L. Hazelton (Wellsboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 21, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hazelton and Agnes Hazelton; his wife Lynda H. Withrow; and his brothers, Howard and Harry.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Towne (Steve) of Dover, DE, Sally James (David) of Norfolk, VA and Michael Hazelton (Jill) of Chambersburg, PA; his grandchildren, Erik (Victoria), Matthew, Alyssa, Austin (Amanda), Donovan, Karlyn and Bryton; his great grandchildren, Owen, Elizabeth and Greyson; his sister-in-law Pat Chilson (Ronald) of Lakeland, FL; and his pet Maddie.
The family suggest memorial contributions in Elwood's name be made to the St. Paul's Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 701, Wellsboro, PA 16901.
