Bell of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, born in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 20, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel R. Kroll, and Hulda Kroll, Sr. (Baumann); and her spouse Manford L. Bell. She is survived by: her son Wayne (Tina Bell) of Fredericksburg, VA; her sister Jane Raber of Camp Hill; her granddaughters, Rebekah and Tara; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Jackson, Tucker and Emiline.
