She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer English and Mildred English (Fisher); her husband Walter Frank; her daughter Sandra K. Schnibbe; and her aunt Florence Bradley.
She is survived by: her daughter June Cooper of Wellsboro; her grandchildren, Warren Schnibbe of Oregon, Rhonda Radford of California, Kathy Rivera of Florida, Heather Covert of Wellsboro and Nathaniel Cooper of Wellsboro; and her cousins, Matt and Joan Haslett of Oregon. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild.
