He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Vetter and Vina Vetter (Selleck); his wife Frances Vetter (Mattison); his sons, Michael Vetter (Bonita) of Kentucky and Mark Vetter (Dawn) of Arnot, PA; his stepsons, Timothy Jay Short (Connie) of Westerly, RI and Todd Jeffrey Short (Melissa) of Montgomery, PA; his daughters, Karen Cooke (Sam) of Mansfield, PA and Lori Tice of Troy, PA; his siblings, Carl Vetter, Jr. (Evelyn) of Tennessee and Mary Smith of North Carolina; and his former wife Edith Vetter. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 10 step grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
