Edwin P. Calhoun Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edwin P. Calhoun of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 3, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edwin P. Calhoun to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Calhoun and Elizabeth Cunningham (O'Donnell); his wife Marjorie M. Calhoun; his grandson Nathan Shumway; and his siblings, Fredrick Calhoun and Marie Kotulski.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Ingerick (Brian) of Middlebury Center, PA; his grandchildren, Sarah Ingerick (Roberto), Nicholas Ingerick (Molly) and Molly Ingerick; his stepchildren, Nikki Fish (Todd) of Wellsboro, PA, Renatta Nangle (Kyler) of Baltimore, MD, Melvin Shumway (Stacey) of Baltimore, MD, Michael Shumway (Maureen) of Baltimore, MD, Loraine Andrews (Tom) of Knoxville, PA, Sherry Calhoun of East Islip, NY and Michael Calhoun of Riverhead, NY; his stepgrandchildren, Kevin, David, Matthew, Joshua, Jared, Simon, Natalie, Zachary, Jody and Maureen; and his brother Rudy Calhoun (Donna) of Erie. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kenyon Funeral Home - Westfield (222 W Main St, Westfield, PA 16950). The military honors was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine's Catholic Church (146 Lincoln St, Westfield, PA 16950). A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Riverside Cemetery.
