He was predeceased by: his child Wanda Bell; his wife Genevieve "Jean" Goodwin; his children, Charolette L. Goodwin and Richard Goodwin; his grandson Corey A. Starkweather; and his great grandchild Peter Pitcher.
He is survived by: his parents, Willard Goodwin and Lillian Goodwin (Mosher); his children, Cindy Pellette of Auburn, NY, Katy Starkweather of Wellsboro, Diane Nichols (Sonny) of Waterloo, NY, Willard Goodwin of Wellsboro, Duane "Bud" Goodwin and Christopher Goodwin (Penni) of Union Springs, NY; his nephew Dale A. Short Jr (Tammy); and his sister Lucille Neal of Westfield. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
