She was predeceased by: her parents, Stuart Coolidge and Mary Coolidge (Connor); her husband Frederick A. Smithgall; and her sons-in-law, Tim Webster and Rob Dibble.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Smithgall (Patti) of Oxford, NY, Kent Smithgall (Lisa) of Johnson City, TN, Clark Smithgall (Penny) of Wellsboro, PA, Kurt Smithgall (Robin) of Rockville, MD, Karen Webster of Wellsboro, PA, Carla Smithgall of Wellsboro, PA, Krista Dibble of Wellsboro, PA and Colette Collins (Ron) of Bluffton, SC; her sister Marilyn Johnson-Woodard (Clarence); and her grandchildren, Todd, Lauren, Traci, Garrett, Kristen, Kyle, Nathan, Kaitlyn, Brittany, Kendra, Erin, Sean, Alicia, Andrea, Justin, Jesse, Jordan and Isabella. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
