It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna C. Owen of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Campbell and Bertha Angelina Campbell (Norman); her husband Jack L. Owen; and her sister Sara Anne VanOrder. She is survived by: her children, Jay Owen and Jan Bennett (Alan) of Nichols, NY; her grandchildren, Amy Jo Clinard (Mickey), Travis Bennett (Britt), John Owen and Laura Owen; and her close friend Chip. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in Donna's memory be made to the Wellsboro Shared Home 27 Bacon Street Wellsboro, PA 16901.
