With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald A. Brooks of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Brooks and Leah Brooks (Wilson); his brother Barry Brooks; and his son Donald A. Brooks, Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Lou Brooks of Wellsboro; his children, Alan Brooks (Patricia) of Tioga, Henry Brooks (Michelle) of Wellsboro and Debby Swimelar (Greg) of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, A. J. Brooks (Shannon) of Big Flats, NY, Amanda Wilbur (Shane) of Tioga, Page Weiss, Caleb Weiss (Jenna) of Middlebury, Sierra Weiss of Tulsa, OK, Daniel Brooks (Navy) and Jessica Brooks of Wellsboro; and his siblings, David Brooks (Jean) of Wellsboro, Glenda Hammond (Al) of Wellsboro, Cindy Krull (Phil) of Florida, Teresa West and Dennis Jackson of Georgia. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
