He is survived by: his children, William Whitford (Valerie) of Williamsburg, VA, Philip Whitford (Susan) of Wellsboro, Theodore Whitford (Linda) of Pinon Hills, CA, June Whitford (Steve Kelly) of Meriden, CT, Deborah Northrop (Mark) of Wellsboro and Shirley Schnettler (Joseph) of St. Peters, MO; and his close friend Pat Garverick of Roaring Branch, PA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
