He is survived by: his wife Cindy Maynard (Lampman) of Wellsboro, PA; his children, Brett Maynard, Sara Maynard of Wellsboro, PA and Laura Reed (Derek) of Wellsboro, PA; and his siblings, Robert Maynard of Wellsboro, PA, Barbara Maynard of Reading, PA and Carla Maynard of Jim Thorpe, PA.. He is also survived by his wife, children and beloved pets.
