He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Butler and Pauline Butler (Lee); his grandson Dakota Bowen; and his brother Weldon Butler, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole Butler of Wellsboro, PA, Denice Butler of Bradford, PA, Andrea Butler of Blossburg, PA and Megan Butler of Middlebury, PA; his grandchildren, Samantha Kirk (Mark), Nikolas Bowen, Jake, Brooke, Olivia Burrows, Caden Bartlett, Hannah, David and Lillee-Anne Robinson; and his siblings, Melvin Butler of Wellsboro, PA, Jim Butler of Bath, NY and Gloria Repard of Owego, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
