Winters of Wellsboro, PA; his daughters, Brandy Winters of Wellsboro, PA, Danielle Decker (Brian) of Wellsboro, PA, Noel Winters of Wellsboro, PA and Brittany Winters (Matt Russell) of Liberty, PA; his grandchildren, Amanda, Travis, Samuel, Brooke, Camdyn, Connor, Nevaeh, Kooper and Danika; his great grandchild Adalynn; his niece Lorelei Gee (Dennis) of Wellsboro, PA.; his siblings, Benjamin Winters and Shirley Behrmann; and his niece Kristina Hopper.
