It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn E. (Brott) Bell of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest W. Brott and Nettie M. Brott (Marcy); her spouse Carvel P. Bell; and her son Mark A. Bell. She is survived by: her daughter Denise Zaiss of Harleysville, PA; her brother Donald Brott of Tioga, PA; her grandchildren, Mitchell Zaiss (Cara) and Olivia Wolf (Josh); and her great grandchild William Wolf.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Tioga County.
