He was predeceased by: his mother Ada Eberly (Bicher); and his siblings, Brenda Shannon and LeRoy Eberly. He is survived by: his father Titus Eberly of Wellsboro; his wife Karen King of Mansfield; his sons, Josh Eberly, Brent King (Sarah) of Mansfield, Dominic Basile of Colorado, Daniel Basile of Galeton and Garrett Eberly of Mansfield; and his siblings, Titus Eugene Eberly (Maria) of East Stroudsburg, Allen Glen Eberly (Elizabeth) of Westfield, Janice Eberly of Ozark Alabama and Margaret Wilde (Joseph) of Westfield. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
