He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Warren and Beatrice Mae Clemens (Sumner); and his son Jim "J. J.". He is survived by: his children, Kelly Clemens of Austin, TX, Michele McNett (Kevin) of Wellsboro and Tim Martin of Wellsboro; his brothers, Ronald Clemens of Wellsboro and Gary; and his sister-in-law Deb Clemens. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
