He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Dutcher and Jenny Dutcher (Campbell); his wife Gail; his siblings, Keith Dutcher (Ruth) of Wellsboro, Kay Dutcher-Noelk of Glendale, AZ and Cheryl Dutcher-Scarborough (Ferlin) of Vance, AL; his niece Nikki Miller (Scott) of Morris, PA; and his siblings, Marjorie Dutcher-Blackwell, Bette Dutcher-Nicholas, Kathleen Dutcher-Smith, Robert W. Dutcher, Lowell Dutcher and William Dutcher. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces.
