He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cleveland and Katherine Cleveland (Doan); his wife Dorothy Burrows; and his brother Kenneth Cleveland. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Dale Cleveland (Beverly) of Wellsboro, Kevin Eugene Cleveland of Wellsboro and Tammie Hill (George) of Wellsboro; and his siblings, Ronald Cleveland (Sandra) of Wellsboro, Dennis Cleveland (Bonnie) of Wellsboro, David Cleveland (Donna) of Wellsboro, Candice Cleveland of Mansfield and Jean Cleveland of Wellsboro. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
