She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Eugene Adams and Violet Adams (Flack); and her husband Warren L. Decker. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa A. Bell (Joey) of Centre Hall; her sister Sandra Schlegel (Frazier) of Julian; and her granddaughter Payton D. Bell.
