She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rice and Gwendolyn Rice (Cleveland); and her siblings, Sandra Jones and David Rice. She is survived by: her husband Melvin Hall; her son Daniel Hall (Jessica) of Wellsboro, PA; her stepson DeShawn Bostic (Crystal) of Lake City, SC; her grandsons, Damien and Dante; and her sister Brenda Finnerty.
