It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Bump (Wellsboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 22, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James; her son James R. Bump; and her siblings, Ronald Hurlbert, Charles Hurlbert, Walter Hurlbert, Edith Short, Mary Valentine, Clara Green and Roberta Lappa.
She is survived by: her parents, Walter Hulbert and Daisy Hulbert (Ronalder); her sons, Franklin Bump of Knoxville, PA, Walter Bump (Barbara) of Mansfield, PA and William Bump of Mainesburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Roseann Beach (Dan) of Mansfield, PA and Jason Bump of Knoxville. She is also survived by grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
