She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Williams and Marian Williams (Irwin); and her siblings, Eugene Williams and Pamela Chandler. She is survived by: her siblings, Frank L. Williams of New Jersey and Kathleen Gruzlewski (Craig) of Wellsboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
