She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Hodder and Florence Hodder (Shink); her husband Roy Clark; her daughter Sheila Holdren of Wellsboro, PA; her brother Robert "Cubby" Hodder of Morris Run, PA; her grandchildren, Brianna Gillmore of Littleton, CO and Casey Henley of Moline, IL; and her great grandchildren, AllieMae of Littleton, CO., Lilly of Littleton, CO., Molly of Littleton, CO. and Riley of Littleton, CO..

Per Bernice's wishes, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Bernice's name.
