She is survived by: her husband Phillip Plumley of Wellsboro; her daughters, Jennifer English (Reggie) of Wellsboro and Melissa Plumley (James Merritt) of Troy; her grandchildren, Kandace and Liam Merritt; and her brother Harold "Buster" Phillips (Paula) of Morris.
