He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Jasper and Lillian Ruth Hawk (Smith); his son Michael Mann; and his sister Loretta Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Alice L. Mann (McNett); his children, James Mann (Rhoda) and Kathleen Kline (Francis); his brother Clarence "Bud" Mann (Donna); and his grandchildren, Baylee (A. J. Travis) of Wellsboro, Parker of Wellsboro, Ryan of Wellsboro, Kaeden of Wellsboro and Lindsey of Wellsboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
