She is survived by: her husband Rick Butler of Wellsboro, PA; her daughter Melinda "Mindy" Kline of Wellsboro, PA; her daughter-in-law Cheri Butler of Wellsboro, PA; her siblings, William Baker of Gold, PA, William Mosetter of Philadelphia, PA and Kathy Baker Talada of Tioga, PA; and her grandchildren, Kirk Butler, Teahl Baldwin (Josh), Karrissa Bollock (Ian), Katelyn Swackhammer (Robert) and Cameron Butler (Natasa Johns). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
