It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Froutz (Wellsboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 24, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Raymond E. Froutz; her sons, Robert Robbins (Jane) of Ft. Worth, TX and Steven Robbins (Donna) of Limestone, TN; her grandchildren, Robert and Jill; and her son Michael Robbins.
Memorial donations can be made in Arlene's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
