She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Bender and Edith McClain Bender; her spouse Thomas G. Harris; her sons, Robert Harris of Birmingham, MI and Thomas G. Harris, Jr.; and her brother Rev. Lewis E. Bender. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
