It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carley S. Welsh of Wellersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 29, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Albert Hosselrode; her husband Kenneth "Kenny" Welsh Sr.; and her grandson Andrew Gray. She is survived by: her mother Alverta Amtower (Knepp); her sons, Kenneth Welsh Jr. (Kelly) of Wellersburg and Albert Welsh (Ashley Dicken) of Wellersburg; and her grandchildren, Casey Gray, Justin Welsh, Konner, Kinley, Kolson Dicken, Lexi Skidmore, Amy Whetzel-Katz and Tessa Whetzel. She is also survived by her family as a wonderful trusting mother and grandmother.
