He is survived by: his parent Dennis "Jack" Celinski of Weedville; his significant other Alishia Himes of Penfield; his daughters, Rhiashae Celinski of St. Marys and Gracie Celinski of Kersey; his grandchildren, Ross and Jayde; and his brothers, Robert "Jack" Celinski (Kathy) of Ridgway and Troy Celinski (Corrine) of Florida.
Burial will take place in the St. Joseph Church Cemetery of Force, PA In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation in Todd's name be sent to 975 Hickory Road, Penfield, PA.
