She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Maholtz, Debbie Giovanini (Bob), Pamela Gavazzi and Richard G. Gavazzi (Chris); her grandchildren, Chad Maholtz (Courtney), Branda Maholtz, Erin Liptak (Charlie), Ashley Giovanini, Lindsey Hetrick (Corey) and Katie Simons (Darren); and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Sophia Liptak, Kendrick and Ryan Maholtz.
