He is survived by: his parents, Albert Thompson and Lucille Thompson; his wife Gloria of Eagle Grove; his sons, Robert Wepel (Teresa) of Eagle Grove and Rodney Wepel (Lisa Shelton) of Renwick; his grandchildren, Marc, Whitney and Lyndsey; and his brother Melvin.
