He is survived by: his parents, Warren Hayes and Blanche Nelson Hayes; his wife Teresa of Webster City; his children, Roxanne Terry of Yukon, OK, Dee Ann Weir (Jeff) of Stanhope and Roger Hayes Jr. (Polly) of Stanhope; his daughter-in-law Sonja Hayes of Ames; and his brothers, Clifford Hayes of Webster City, LeRoy Hayes (Karen) of Des Moines, Russell Hayes (Connie) of Stewartville, MN, Gene Hayes (Jan) of Fort Dodge and Ted Hayes (Jeri) of Webster City. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
