He was predeceased by: his wife Twila; and his siblings, Herbert Creek, Johnny Creek, Ronnie Creek, Pauline Van Sickle and Bob Creek.
He is survived by: his parents, John Creek and Zetta Norton Creek; his children, Richard Creek Jr. (Karen) of Omaha, NE and Pam Ryder (Mike) of Webster City; his grandchildren, John, Bethany, Megan and Zachary (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Jackson, Jamin, Nevaeh, Grayson, Cru, Gwynn, Parker and Myla.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be left for Windsor Manor in memory of Dick.
