She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Segar and Anna Pavey Segar; her husband Ilo; her son-in-law Doug Kolbeck; and her siblings, Marian Stuart, Verne Segar and Duane Segar.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Kolbeck of Webster City; her daughter-in-law Brenton Frakes (Melissa) of Waddell, AZ; her grandchildren, Misty and Jamie; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Jenna, Cody and Casey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Church of Christ.
