He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Shipper, Sr. and Elverna Shipper (Argust); and his brother Robert Shipper. He is survived by: his close friend Susanne Pangaro-Kaps; his sister Deborah Lee Shipper (Cecelia Zavitsky) of Beaver Meadows; and his stepchildren, Jamie, Casey and Larissa Kaps.
