She was predeceased by: her parents, John Washelofsky and Rose Washelofsky (Pavilsky); her husband Joseph W. Lesko Sr.; and her siblings, John Jr., Edward, Frank, Kathleen Mingione and Jennie Stefanisko.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph J. Lesko Jr. (Sharon), Andrea M. Pudliner (Harold) of Weatherly and Cheryl A. Hirko (David) of Weatherly; her grandchildren, Erin Visicaro (Philip), Nicolai Lesko (David Lisk), Caitlin Anthony (Girard), Olivia Hirko and Karoline Hirko; her great grandchildren, Philip J., Natasha R. Visicaro and Riley R. Anthony; and her sister Eleanor Barna. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
