It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita G. Coppens (Weatherly, Pennsylvania), born in Weymouth, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Glavin and Margaret C. Glavin (Woolner); her husband Charles A. Coppens; and her close friend Walter J. Langendorfer. She is survived by: her children, Crystal A. Sherman (Ben), Kathryn R. Lorio, Denise L. Coppens, Kranch of Tuscarora, Charles J. Coppens (Kathy) and Richard Coppens (Joanne); her grandchildren, Stephen, Sean, Heather, Gary, Scott, Kaitlyn, Chris, Kevin, April, Victoria, Jessica and Angelica; her great grandchildren, Cassandra, Awyin, Liam, Ethan, Dante, Junabell, Ember and Angelo; and her great great grandchildren, Hadley and Ellie.
Many of her ceramics she auctioned for charity.
