He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cheslock and Anna Cheslock (Tkach); his wife Anna Mae Cheslock (Snear); his son Robert Paul "Chip" Cheslock; his granddaughter Ann Hensel; his great grandchild Brandon Noel; and his siblings, Helen Kerelo, Mary Stetz, Nancy Cheslock, Michael, John and Metro Cheslock.
He is survived by: his children, John Cheslock (Chrissy) of Allentown, Janet Holman (Dave) of Weatherly, Theresa Balogach (Michael Richards) of Weatherly, Cathy Hinkle (Warren) of Junedale, Rebecca Jordan of Smithfield, VA and Melissa Cheslock of Beaver Meadows; and his sister Pearl Student of Weatherly. He is also survived by 11 grand children; 7 great grand children, 1 great great grandchild.
