He was predeceased by: his parents, James DeFuso and Edith DeFuso (Fannicase); and his siblings, Mary Gutosky, Dominick and James DeFuso.
He is survived by: his wife Alice I. DeFuso (Litke); his daughters, Annette DeFuso of Mount Holly Springs and Michele Haas (Brian) of Lancaster; and his nephew Mike.
