She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Koneschusky and Gloria Koneschusky (Laterza); and her son Joseph J. Dolinsky, Jr.. She is survived by: her spouse Joseph J. Dolinsky, Sr.; her daughter Leann M. Miller of Weatherly; her siblings, Frank Koneschusky (Jaynie) of Mt. Holly, NJ, James Koneschusky (Sally) of Weatherly, George Koneschusky (Sue) of Mt. Holly, NJ, Lori Parker (John) of Weatherly and Janet Gettig (Wayne) of Weatherly; and her children, Jessica Adamczyk, Dominique Adamczyk and Grace Miller.
