He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood A. Vack and Ruth Naomi Vack (Kleppinger). He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Terry" Vack (Domday); his children, Andrew J. Vack and Katlin C. Vack (James R. Graff); his siblings, Donald J. Vack (Carolyn) and Brenda Fulmer; his niece Chrissy; and his nephew Nathaniel.
