She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Mast and Mary Mast (Eshelman); her husband Michael J. Kostecky, Sr.; and her sister Janet Spece. She is survived by: her children, Sharon M. Pisanchyn (David) of Fort Myers and Michael J. Kostecky, Jr. (Christine) of Tuscarora; her grandchildren, Zak, Melanie Zucatti (Zachary), Michael III, Steven and Adam; and her great grandchild Remy.
