She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hittinger and Mae Hittinger (Lewis); her husband Conrad H. Pfeiffer, Jr.; her brother Eugene Hittinger; her granddaughter Emily Pfeifffer; and her son-in-law Paul Derr.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Leslie Eckrote, Leigh Anne Homanko, Angelo Pfeiffer, Gina Evancho, Dr. Conrad Pfeiffer, Sarah Pfeiffer, Nathan Pfeiffer, Christian Ormiston, Abigail Klinger, Elijah Derr, Luke Derr, Jonah Derr and Jason Derr; and her great grandchildren, Colin Eckrote, Ryan Eckrote, Joseph Homanko III, Avery Pfeiffer, Anderson Pfeiffer, Luka Pfeiffer, Oliver Ormiston and Evalina Evancho.
