He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Corra and Sarah Corra (Mulhern); and his son Anthony "Tony" Formato. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Carol Newell of Johnson City, TN. and Dominic Fornato; and his granddaughter Cheri Le. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
