He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Arner and Annabelle Arner (Scheitram); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Arner (Breslin); his daughter Kathy Carnish (James) of Tamaqua; his sister Faye Southam of Tamaqua; his grandchildren, Dr. Erin R. Carnish (Sean Bernard) and Molly K. Carnish; and his great grandchildren, Colin and Patrick Bernard.
