She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Feather and Helen Feather (Youse); her husband Charles C. Shelton; her son Perry Shelton; and her brothers, Frankie, Bernard and Billy Feather.

She is survived by: her children, Penny G. Shelton, Philip Shelton (Mary Helen) of Summit Hill and Payne Shelton (Lisa Hall) of Walnutport; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Shelton of Summit Hill. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
